Mr. Bradshaw co-founded BEMA Information Technologies to provide unmatched service to clients.  He has been in the IT services business for over 15 years.  He is an entrepreneur and has founded or co-founded a number of technology companies including a large privately-held IT services firm, BSI Consulting.  BSI was recognized by the Inc 500 as the 64th fastest growing company in America in 1999 and had over 170 employees in 2000 across 4 offices.  For the past 8 years, Mr. Bradshaw has served as Vice President of Triad Energy Corporation, a privately-held oil & gas exploration and production company.  At Triad Mr. Bradshaw was responsible for Operations, Corporate Development and Information Technology.  Kent has been married for over 25 years and has 4 children.

Mr. Reed has worked in Information Technology since 1996 in executive leadership, management, staffing, sales, marketing and human resources.  Through executive leadership roles at an IT infrastructure organization as well as a custom application consulting firm,  he understands what is required to run a successful, efficient operation.
 
After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1988 with degrees in Marketing and Management, Mr. Reed worked several years in management with J.B. Hunt Transportation in Lowell, Arkansas where he held several leadership positiions and was responsible for their flagship facility managing over 700 employees.  In 1996, Mr. Reed returned to Houston to join BSI Consulting where he was a key player in making resource planning, recruiting, staffing and hiring decisions.  In 2003, Mr. Reed joined Solerant IT Services where he facilitated growth from 10 clients to over 100.  He co-founded BEMA Information Technologies in 2011 with Kent Bradshaw.  Doug has been married for over 20 years and has 5 children.  Hobbies include officiating High School varsity-level baseball and basketball games.
