Remote Monitoring & Management

More and more companies are realizing the cost savings and convenience that come as a result of allowing BEMA to remotely monitor, administer and service their IT systems.  BEMA technicians can remotely and securely access your servers and desktops so that they can proactively monitor and more quickly resolve issues.

BEMA utilizes a complete Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solution, which allows us to monitor the vital components and services of each server, firewall, switch, workstation and other network devices.  In addition, our RMM solution allows us to ensure that all servers and workstations are properly patched with all necessary critical, security, hotfix and feature patches.

Our RMM solution monitors critical hardware to alert us against any possible failures and keeps event logs for later review.  If hardware failure is suspected or experienced, an appropriate course of action will be discussed with your personnel.

BEMA technicians will regularly review the network as a whole to determine single points of failure, network bottlenecks, possible causes for service degradation, and solutions for improving network services.  These issues will be brought to the attention of your personnel along with recommendations for resolution.  In addition, a yearly review of the network will be performed and recommendations presented which will include items such as licensing or warranties to be renewed, items to be replaced, upgrades to hardware and software to be performed, and recommended changes to improve service.

Our RMM solution monitors all critical server and network functions, and can be customized to monitor specific items in case the need for advanced troubleshooting arises.  If an outage is detected, our staff will be notified immediately and a corrective action will be taken either remotely or via an on-site technician dispatch.

BEMA staff will work with your personnel to determine appropriate schedules for server and network maintenance.  In addition, our RMM solution allows patches for servers to be scheduled during non-business hours.
