Our RMM Solution monitors all critical server and network functions and can be customized to monitor specific items in case the need for advanced troubleshooting arises. If an outage is detected, our staff will be notified immediately and corrective action will be taken either remotely or via an on-site technician dispatch.

BEMA staff will work with your personnel to determine appropriate schedules for server and network maintenance. In addition, our RMM Solution allows patches for servers to be scheduled during non-business hours.
